As we prepare for the future there are some changes happening-change as you know, is tricky, and over the next 12 month there will be a few.
In the first phase we ask all customers please make sure all vehicles are clean & sanitised as we can’t have our staff getting the influenza or the coronavirus. If unwell please do not come into our store or workshop please give us a call so we can arrange what you need.
Secondly if you need repairs done please book in advance as we are booked out weeks ahead. We will ensure all work is prioritised so that all customers who derive an income from their equipment are given priority. As for parts out of China & USA is becoming harder to source there could be a wait on repairs and potentially increases in pricing due to freight cost and the impact on the Australian dollar.
We have been listed as an essential service and this is part of an extract from Federal Minister for Agriculture, David Littleproud
As of 31 March 2020, facilities such as farms, food markets, food processing, saleyards, wool auctions; freight and logistics supply businesses; and ancillary and associated services such as agricultural machinery providers are considered essential. Like all operating businesses, they must follow the advice provided by the Department of Health and the relevant state and territory government in respect to measures necessary to slow the virus. Businesses must ensure that the minimum distance of 1.5 metres between people can be maintained, and provide hand hygiene products and suitable rubbish bins, with frequent cleaning and waste disposal. Additional requirements are in place for essential indoor gatherings and essential outdoor gatherings, which impose a limit on the number of people permitted in these settings.
The government is committed to supporting the agricultural sector and will continue to engage with industry on next steps.
We would like to thank you for all your support as we are here to help you all get thought these very difficult times ahead please all stay well
